About GetSim

Connectivity without the strings.

GetSim is a single account for travel eSIMs and virtual phone numbers. We built it because every time we travel, we end up paying twice, once for data, once for a verifiable number, and we wanted them in the same place.

A real entity

GetSim is operated by Mia Digital Solutions, a registered company with a public address, real bank accounts and a CFO who would prefer the books balance.

A real refund policy

If an SMS does not arrive on a daily virtual number rental, you get the money back automatically. Unused eSIMs are refundable within seven days.

Real local infrastructure

eSIMs run on tier-1 mobile carriers (the same networks locals use). Virtual numbers are issued through licensed local carriers, not VoIP.

Real human support

Replies from people, not bots, with timezones across Europe and Asia. Most tickets get a useful response within a few hours.

Why we built it

We travel a lot, for work, for projects, for friends. Every trip starts the same way: a roaming bill notification when the plane lands, then a scramble to find a SIM kiosk in the airport, then realizing you still need a second number to verify the food delivery app in the country you just arrived in. It's tedious. It's expensive. It's also unnecessary in 2026.

We wanted one place: a travel eSIM that activates the moment we land, a virtual local number for the apps that demand one, and a wallet that tops up both. So we built it. The first version was for ourselves; the current version is for everyone.

How we make money

We charge a small markup over wholesale carrier rates. That's it. No ads, no data selling, no upsell games. If the markup is too small for a country to be profitable, we list it anyway. Coverage matters more than per-country margin.

Where we are heading

More countries, more carrier partners, better app, better dashboard. The goal is not to be everything to everyone. The goal is to be the wallet you reach for when you need to get online or get verified in another country, and to do that without surprise charges, surveillance or VoIP-detection failures.
