Refund Policy

GetSim provides instant virtual number rental services. We want every customer to have a fair and transparent experience, and we handle all refund requests in good faith.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or use the in-app live chat. Please include your order ID where possible so we can process your request quickly.

Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund will be provided where a purchase is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose  for example, where a rented number did not receive the verification SMS, or was non-functional on the target platform, due to an issue on our side.

To help us resolve your request, we may ask for relevant details such as screenshots of failed verification attempts. This helps us assist you but does not affect your consumer rights.

A refund may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

Third-Party Platforms

GetSim does not operate third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or Facebook) and does not control their verification or account policies. Restrictions imposed by those platforms after a working number has been delivered are outside our control.
