GetSim provides users with instant virtual number rental services.
Since the rented number is activated immediately after purchase, no refunds are issued once the number has been successfully activated.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before completing any purchase through our app or website.
However, we recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may occur with the nature of our digital service.
Therefore, refund requests are considered only under the following conditions:
1. SMS Not Received
In rare cases, technical or server issues may prevent the rented number from receiving the verification SMS.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
If the issue is confirmed to be on our end and no SMS was ever received, your coin balance will be refunded or an alternative number will be provided.
⚠️ If no report is made within 7 days, the number is considered successfully activated.
2. Invalid or Blocked Number
If the rented number is found to be invalid or blocked on the target platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, etc.), you may request a refund.
You must provide proof, such as screenshots or logs showing failed verification attempts.
All such claims must be made within 7 days from the rental date.
3. Technical Faults or Service Errors
Although all services are tested thoroughly before release, unexpected technical issues may occur.
In such cases, our team reserves the right to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your initial report.
If the issue cannot be resolved within this period, you may choose between:
A full refund of the coins used, or
A replacement number of equal value.
During troubleshooting, our support team may request access to relevant logs or order IDs.
Refusing to provide the necessary information may void your right to a refund.
Important Notes
GetSim is not responsible for third-party platform verification policies (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram).
Any platform-level changes, blocking, or verification restrictions are not covered by this refund policy.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting

A 5% refund processing fee applies to all approved refunds.
If more than one year has passed since your last coin purchase, the fee increases as follows:
After 1 year: 15%
After 2 years: 25%
After 3 years: 35%

You must provide a valid and verifiable reason, and
Your request must not conflict with GetSim’s Terms of Service or Usage Policy.
