## What we sell

- **Virtual phone numbers**: real mobile numbers from licensed carriers (not VoIP) for SMS verification on services like WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Discord and 200+ others. Available as single-use, short-term rental (4h–14d), or monthly.

## Differentiation
- One account and one wallet covers both products. Most competitors sell only one (Airalo, Holafly = eSIM-only; SMS-Activate, 5sim = numbers-only).
- Real mobile numbers (not VoIP) — pass verification on services that block consumer apps like Google Voice or TextNow.

## Pricing model
Per-use, no subscription. eSIM plans from $3.50, virtual numbers from $0.20 per single-use verification or $5/month for a permanent secondary line. Markup is a fixed 10–25% over wholesale carrier rates; no hidden fees, no auto-renewal.

## Refunds
- Unused eSIM plans (no data consumed): fully refundable.
- Virtual number SMS that fails to deliver within the activation window: auto-refunded to wallet.
